How placement works
A city page has 3 Sponsored slots at the top and a state page has 5. Slots go to facilities in the order they were bought, and a facility holds its slot for as long as it pays. Within the slots, the order is by start date, not by price paid, and it is not a ranking. The home page shows three Premium listings drawn at random on each visit, so no Premium facility outranks another there.
Every Sponsored listing is labeled "Ad", and every page with one links to the state's own list of licensed providers. The price is the same for every facility, in every city and state. We never charge per call, per message, per lead, or per admission, and we never count or report calls or leads to anyone.
A featured listing does not change the free listing every facility has: the details on it are yours to keep current whether or not you pay. Start by claiming your listing; featured placement is bought from your account once the claim is approved. The listing terms apply to both.
